Ingram Entities, Inc is a third generation real estate enterprise with our founding company, Ingram LeGrand Lumber Co dating back to 1929. My grandfather was one of three officers who bought and managed timberland in middle and south Georgia, including cutting the basin of Lake Oconee. Since the 1950’s our family has assembled residential and commercial properties in middle Georgia. Our portfolio of properties include shopping center, single family residence, subdivision lots, commercial retail and professional offices, traditional multifamily apartments, and senior communities. We develop, build, lease, manage, renovate, buy and sell our properties. Our company and employees are committed to having a passion for excellence with our jobs, residents, tenants, and properties. Our newest project, Forsyth Lofts which is 7 apartments above the The French Market and Bistro on the Historic Square. We work with preferred partners in all disciplines of general contracting, design, landscaping, marketing, and property management.

Otis B. Ingram III - President and CEO
Mr. Otis Ingram is majority stockholder and CEO of Ingram Entities, Inc. He has past experience with all types of real estate property development over 30 years. His experience includes timberland acquisition and sales(120,000 acres), single family developments in several middle Georgia subdivisions, commercial properties such as Ingram Shopping Center(65,000SF), historic restoration and development such as Georgia Ave, Macon, Ga. In addition, we manage and lease properties in residential houses and commercial properties. Our management of properties includes upgrading amenities and mechanical systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, flooring, appliances as over time as our properties age and as we continue to improve our homes. We continue to buy properties with future development potential in our communities.
Furthermore, Mr Ingram’s past experience as general securities principle and partner in Diversified Capital Management where he was a top producer in tax planning and investments. This financial experience has allowed him to manage the family timber enterprise, develop many successful projects, and purchase market leading properties.
We have a dedicated maintenance team that has worked with Ingram Entities for 35 years. They are a team members who do it all from renovation, maintenance, and new construction.
2014 Golden Nail Award presented by the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce. Award to recognize businesses and organizations whose efforts in design, restoration, renovation and beautification enhance and improve the community in general and the commercial areas in particular.
The Forsyth-Monroe County Chamber of Commerce gave out Golden Nail Awards at its annual banquet on Jan. 22. Otis Ingram was honored for his renovations to the Ingram Center that made way for Tractor Supply to locate in Forsyth.
