Ingram Entities, Inc is a third generation real estate enterprise with our founding company, Ingram LeGrand Lumber Co dating back to 1929.  My grandfather was one of three officers who bought and managed timberland in middle and south Georgia, including cutting the basin of Lake Oconee. Since the 1950’s our family has assembled residential and commercial properties in middle Georgia.  Our portfolio of properties include shopping center, single family residence, subdivision lots, commercial retail and professional offices, traditional multifamily apartments, and senior communities. We develop, build, lease, manage, renovate, buy and sell our properties.  Our company and employees are committed to having a passion for excellence with our jobs, residents, tenants, and properties.  Our newest project, Forsyth Station Senior Community, is a market leading independent senior community with 60 residences and more amenities than any senior community in middle Georgia. We work with preferred partners in all disciplines of general contracting, design, landscaping, marketing, and property management.

Mr. Otis Ingram is majority stockholder and CEO of Ingram Entities, Inc.  He has past experience with all real estate properties over 30 years.  Having past experience as general securities principle and partner in Diversified Capital Management where he was a top producer in tax planning and investments.  This financial experience has allowed him to manage the family timber enterprise, develop many successful projects, and purchase market leading properties.
