Application process:
The application fee must be paid by applicant in order to run a application. We screen for credit, criminal, eviction, employment, income requirements, and current and past landlord references. All properties are rented on a first come first served and honor fair housing guidelines. The application fee is $25.00 per adult, and all over the age of 18 must apply, and be approved. Valid, Current photo ID (state issued) is required on all applications. The security deposit on all properties is equal to one month’s rent and the maximum will depend on your application. All information is subject to change without notice. All Properties are professionally managed by Ingram Entities Inc. and compliant with Fair Housing laws. 

 

Pet Policy:

Pet Friendly – Cats & Dogs under 20 pounds welcome! 1 pet Maximum, $500 Deposit, no aggressive breeds,
